Crop Drop is hosting a supper club at Wolves Lane Horticultural Centre, Wood Green, on Thursday Sept 26th from 7 ~ 10pm!
An oasis of green and calm, this former plant-nursery is now a community food growing hub as well as housing North London’s best kept secret – a tropical palm house complete with thriving Koi ponds and terrapins.
Alan Rosenthal, a local Leith’s-trained chef, will be creating a Southern Mediterranean and Middle Eastern inspired menu of sharing plates using ingredients mainly sourced from Haringey and Enfield.
Enjoy an evening of beautiful food and nourishing conversation and explore the glasshouses where some of your dinner was grown.
Expect roast smoked squash with harissa and tahini, heritage tomatoes with lemon scented goat’s curd, courgette fritters, aubergine Fesenjun, fig & pear frangipane tart and much more!
