Wolves Lane Workshop Needs You! – Tues Nov 6th

Wolves Lane Centre needs you!

Would you be able to help look after the buildings and equipment at the Wolves Lane Centre?

Please help us to preserve this local asset.

If you would like to get involved…

Come to Wolves Lane Centre

Tuesdays at 11 a.m.

Or contact Roger Skipper at wolveslaneworkshop@gmail.com or on 07771 995696.

All welcome!

Since 1 April 2017 the Wolves Lane Centre has been managed by a consortium of partners led by OrganicLea, with day-to-day running administered by London Grown.

London Grown have established an on-site workshop at the Wolves Lane Centre used in the short term as a base for the repair, maintenance and upkeep of the buildings and equipment at the centre, in particular the Palm House. And they are looking for volunteers!

Come and learn something new!

***

If you know someone who is retired and has expertise or knowledge in engineering or repairs, please let them know too!

This is NOT compulsory – but we are eagerly looking for people with experience in any of the following areas: plumbing, roofing, painting & decorating, electrical systems, fire alarm systems, heating and ventilation systems, facilities management, CAD software, IT infrastructure, admin, spreadsheets, CCTV systems, glasshouse maintenance, irrigation systems, aquarium systems, landscape gardening, bricklaying, paving, fencing, cleaning, carpentry, woodworking, metalworking, locksmithing, tree surgery, blagging stuff or anything else that might help to maintain the centre. But all welcome!!

Donations of old tools also gratefully received.
