Wolves Lane Workshop

IMG_0643

Last Wednesday September 3rd, staff and stakeholders of Wolves Lane Garden Centre gathered to discuss future direction for the Centre.

IMG_0632The workshop was run by dedicated Major Project Manager, Kelly Lloyd from Haringay Council. The purpose was to bring ALL staff & stakeholders together that are passionate about the service delivery of Wolves Lane and to discuss how we currently deliver the services to our customers/residents/schools.

Fifteen enthusiastic participants showed up and got quickly to work. The group divided into smaller teams to think about:

  • What works well
  • What are the issues
  • Long term opportunities
  • Quick wins

and then later reconvened to exchange and summarise ideas.

These ideas and recommendations were all noted down and will be integrated by Kelly into the future plan for Wolves Lane.
