Donations of old tools also gratefully received.

Thank you, Roger!

Thank you, Roger!

Tues, October 22nd, marked the last formal day of the Wolves Lane Workshop – it has been run by Roger since 2017!

A party was held to say a huge thank you for all his dedicated work!

Roger has decided to take more time for his art work, and so will handing the Workshop over to the Wolves Lane Crew regular volunteers (more details see below!).

But he’ll be dropping by now and again, and will definitely be back for Garden Day next year – running Roger’s famous bicycle repair workshop! It’s Sunday 10th May 2020, so put the date in your diary!

Wolves Lane Workshop over the years

On September 5th, 2017, Roger held the first Wolves Lane Workshop meeting.

It has been managed by him, along with a team of dedicated volunteers, every week since that inaugural day!

Roger established an on-site workshop at the Wolves Lane Centre as a base for the repair, maintenance and upkeep of the buildings and equipment at the centre, and in particular, the Palm House.

Many volunteers contributed hundreds of hours under his direction over the years, and many projects and very useful repairs have been carried out.

Thank you Roger, from everyone at Wolves Lane!

Wolves Lane Art Exhibition Hall

Roger was also the founder of the Wolves Lane Art Exhibition Hall where art projects by local artists,  as well as art made in programmes held at Wolves Lane, are displayed.

Come and take a look at Open Sundays at Wolves Lane every week!
